下鼻甲骨折外移联合布地奈德喷雾治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎远期疗效分析

Inferior Turbinectomy Combined with Budesonide Spray Analysis of Curative Effect in the Treatment of Chronic Simple Rhinitis Long-term

目的观察下鼻甲骨折外移术联合布地奈德喷雾治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的远期疗效。方法采用随机对照原则,将66例慢性单纯性鼻炎患者分为试验组36例及对照组30例,试验组给予下鼻甲骨折外移,术后给予布地奈德喷雾治疗1个月;对照组单纯给予布地奈德喷雾治疗1个月。随访1年,运用视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较两组间停药后及1年后的疗效差异。结果停药后,试验组与对照组各参数与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1年后,试验组与对照组各参数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下鼻甲骨折外移联合布地奈德喷雾治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的远期疗效优于单纯布地奈德喷雾。

Objective To observe inferior turbinectomy combined with budesonide spray curative effect in the treatment of chronic simple rhinitis long-term. Methods Using random control principle,66 cases of chronic simple rhinitis were divided into experimental group 36 cases and control group 30 cases. The experimental group was given inferior turbinectomy,after surgery was treated with Budesonide aerosol therapy for a month; the control group was only treated with Budesonide aerosol therapy for a month. After 1 year of follow-up,the efficacy was compared between the two groups with the visual analogue scale（ VAS） after treatment and after 1 year. Results After treatment,the parameters of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from these before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the two groups had no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; The differences between the experimental group and the control group were statistically different after 1 year（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Inferior turbinectomy combined with budesonide spray curative effect in the treatment of chronic simple rhinitis long-term is better than budesonide spray curative only.
