俯卧位、侧卧位对经皮肾镜碎石术的影响

The Comparison of Prone Position and Lateral Position in Percutaneous Renal Lithotripsy

目的探讨在硬膜外麻醉下两种手术体位对经皮肾镜碎石术的影响。方法选取60例经皮肾镜手术患者,随机分为俯卧位,侧卧位两组,比较两组平均穿刺置镜时间、平均手术时间、体位舒适度等指标。结果俯卧位、侧卧位平均穿刺置镜时间分别是:(7.39±1.99)min、(9.85±3.14)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均手术时间分别是:(65.10±6.35)min、(64.70±8.34)min,两组差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在经皮肾镜碎石手术中,侧卧位患者较舒适,俯卧位穿刺置镜时间较短。应根据患者的具体情况选择合适的体位进行手术。

Objective To investigate the effect of 2 kinds of operation position in the application of percutaneous renal lithotripsy under epidural anesthesia. Methods 60 patients with percutaneous renal lithotripsy were selected and randomly assigned to prone position group and lateral position group,and the average puncture set mirror time,average operation time,postural comfort index and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The average puncture mirror time of prone position and lateral position was respectively：（ 7. 39±1. 99） min,（ 9. 85±3. 14） min（ P〈0. 05）; and the average operation time was respectively：（ 65. 10±6. 35） min,（ 64. 7 ± 8. 34） min（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the percutaneous renal lithotripsy,patients in lateral position are comfortable,while patients in the prone position have shorter puncture set mirror time. Therefore,we should choose the right position for surgery according to the specific circumstances of the patients.
