浅谈某院在危急值精细化管理中的探索

Discussion on the Exploration of the Refined Management of the Critical Value in a Hospital

危急值管理是医疗质量和安全管理的重要内容,快速、准确的报告,及时、有效的处置及规范、完整的记录有利于制定救治方案,缩短住院时间,防范医疗风险。某院通过调研、总结前期危急值管理的经验与存在的问题,引入精细化管理理念进行探索,制定个性化危急值项目与定值、细化管理目标与职责、规范报告与执行流程,周期性监控临床危急值处置情况,提升危急值处置的执行力与有效性,保证医疗质量与安全。

Critical value management is an important part of medical quality and security management. Rapid and accurate reporting,timely and effective disposition as well as canonical and complete records are conducive to the development of therapeutic programs,shortening hospital stay and preventing medical risks. By investigating and summarizing experience and existing problems of critical value management in early days,a hospital introduced the idea of refined management and explored it,established individualized critical value projects and fixed value,refined management goal and duty,standardized reports and implemented process,monitored the disposition of clinical critical values periodically and improved the implementation power of critical value disposition and its effectiveness,and finally ensure the medical quality and security.
