本文在文献研究的基础上,总结古代和近现代医家的经验,将急性酒精中毒分为酒毒脾胃症、酒毒伤肝证、酒毒扰心证、酒毒壅肺证及酒毒厥脱证5型,并提出制订急性酒精中毒中医诊疗指南的迫切性。

This paper summarized the experience of ancient and modern physicians,divides acute alcohol intoxication into 5 types： spleen and stomach syndrome of alcohol poison,liver syndrome of alcohol poison,disturbed heart syndrome of alcohol poison,lung syndrome of alcohol poison,and TCM Prostration syndrome of alcohol poison and points out the urgency of setting up the guidelines of TCM diagnosis and treatment on acute alcohol intoxication.
