摘要
实验动物模型的建立对于哮喘病因、病机及防治方面的研究至关重要。笔者基于对国内外诸多哮喘实验动物模型建立方法与相关知识的学习和思考,结合自身实践经验,提出几点心得和体会,以资与同道互相探讨学习。
The establishment of experimental animal model for the etiology,mechanism and prevention of asthma is of crucial importance.The author puts forward several ideas and experience to discuss with fellows and learn from each other,based on the study and thinking of the methods of the establishment of experimental animal model of asthma home and abroad and the related knowledge.
