摘要
设计合成了具有长发射波长(655nin)的荧光探针WZK-31,建立了一种荧光增强分析测定牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的新方法。在模拟人体生理条件下,BSA的加入使探针荧光强度发生不同程度的增强。增强程度与0—53.20μg/mL范围的BSA的质量浓度呈线性关系。方法检出限为0.70μg/mL,干扰小。方法用于样品的测定,加标回收率为89.1%-90.8%。
Based on a new fluorescent probe (WZK-31) with long emission wavelength (655 nm), a new spectrofluorimetric method for determining BSA was developed. In the mimic human physiological conditions, the fluorescence of WZK-31 was enhanced with the addition of BSA. The fluorescence intensity change was linear to BSA concentration in the range of 0-53.20 μg/mL. The results showed that this method had the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, good sensitivity and selectivity, with a detection limit of 0. 70 μg/mL. For the determination of BSA in samples, the recoveries were between 89. 10 and 90.77%.
