Prefabrication Key Technology for Sectional Assembling Beam Construction with Cementing Method

黄韩侯铁路芝水沟特大桥是全国首例采用节段预制胶接拼装施工技术的铁路桥梁,此施工技术在我国铁路没有应用先例,是一个全新的课题。结合芝水沟特大桥工程实例具体分析了预制方案选择、模板设计、孔道的定位、线形控制、隔离剂配比设计等关键技术,芝水沟特大桥节段拼装梁成功预制完成,为我国铁路桥梁采用节段拼装胶接法施工积累了宝贵经验,有推广应用的价值。

The Zhishuigou Bridge of Huangling-Hancheng-Houma Railway is China＇ s first railway bridge with adopting the construction technology of section prestressed cementing assembling. The construction technology is a milestone in China＇ s railway construction history due to it has not ever been put into practical application. Combined with the project example of the Zhishuigou Bridge, this thesis gives a detailed introduction of some key technologies such as prestressed program selec- tion, template design, channel position, linear control, and design of the powdering agent mixture ratio. The successful prefabrication of sectional assembling beam in Zhishuigou Bridge accumulates valuable experiences for China＇ s railway bridge construction with sectional assembling cementing method, and it has values of extensive application.
