黑色PE100燃气管材专用料的开发

Development of special black PE100 pipes for gaseous fuels

利用熔融指数仪和哈克流变仪,对国内外3种炭黑母料的基础物理性能和加工性能进行了分析,确定了生产JHMGC100S燃气管材专用料使用的色母料。采用1#和2#炭黑母料,进行小批量生产JHMGC100S混配料,进行了混配料的熔融指数、密度、力学性能、炭黑含量以及热性能的分析测试,同时完成了混配料的加工应用实验。结果表明,炭黑母料质量分数为6.25%时,生产的JHMGC100S混配料及其制得的管材各项指标满足国家标准要求。

In this paper,by means of melt flow indexer and rheometer,the basic physical properties and processability of three types of carbon black master batch in China and abroad were analyzed,the carbon black master batch of JHMGC100 Sgaseous fuels piping was assured.Making use of 1#and 2#carbon black master batch,the small-scale JHMGC100 Scompounds were produced.Then the melt flow index,density,mechanical and thermal properties of the JHMGC100 Scompounds were studied.And the processing application of the JHMGC100 Scompounds were finished.The results showed that the performance index of JHMGC100 Scompounds and piping met National Standards requirements when the compounds had a carbon black master batch percentage of 6.25%.
