摘要
以2-巯基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑(TDD)为硫化剂,以硫化仪为研究手段,根据硫化仪测定的不同温度下TDD/氯化聚乙烯弹性体(CM)的硫化曲线与硫化特征参数,对TDD/CM体系的硫化动力学进行了研究。从动力学角度对该体系在150~180℃范围内的热硫化期及平坦硫化期2个阶段的硫化反应动力学特性进行了分析。结果表明,热硫化期和平坦硫化期的表观反应级数n数值范围分别为1.03~1.19和0.33~0.55;其表观反应活化能分别为33.3kJ/mol和50.6kJ/mol。
In this paper,5-mercapto-2-monobenzoate thioestet-1,3,4-thiadiazole(TDD)was used to cure chlorinated polyethylene elastomer(CM).Curing kinetics of TDD/CM system was studied via an oscillating disk rheometer at different temperatures(150~180℃).Based on the curing curves and vulcanization characteristic parameters,the kinetic characteristic of TDD/CM system in heat curing period and flat curing period were studied.The results showed that,the apparent reaction order n of TDD/CM system in heat curing period and flat curing period were 1.03~1.19 and 0.33~0.55,and the apparent reaction activation energy was 33.3kJ/mol and 50.6kJ/mol respectively.
