摘要
实验室研制门尼黏度国家标准物质时,对样品进行了3a时间的逐月检验,通过绘制质量控制图,考察了样品的稳定性及监测仪器是否处于正常状态,从而有效地控制门尼黏度检验的质量。x、R或S控制图表明,门尼黏度标准物质性能稳定,门尼黏度计处于良好状态;实验室丁二烯橡胶门尼黏度样品的检验结果处于良好的受控状态,有较高的系统控制能力和随机控制能力,检验结果准确可靠。在丁二烯橡胶门尼黏度检验时,系统误差控制在±0.2范围,随机误差(极差)小于0.51,标准偏差小于0.26。
During developing the national standard material of Mooney viscosity,in the laboratory,tested this sample.In time of 3aeach month,drew quality control chart,investigated the stability of the sample,as well as monitoring if the apparatus is under normal condition,and thus controlled the quality of Mooney viscosity testing effectively.As x,R(or S)control chart showed,the performance of Mooney viscosity standard material is stable,and Mooney viscosimeter is in a fair state;test result of butadiene rubber Mooney viscosity sample is in controlled state,it has high system control capability and random control capability,the testing result is accurate and reliable.When testing butadiene rubber Mooney viscosity,the system error is controlled in the range of±0.2,the random error(the extreme difference)should be less than 0.51,the standard deviations should be less than 0.26.
