摘要
建立HPLC测定覆盆子中椴树苷和山奈酚含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,SHISEIDO C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)。流动相为甲醇—0.1%磷酸水(52∶48,体积比),流速1 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长366 nm。覆盆子中椴树苷、山奈酚分离效果良好,线性范围分别为3.2μg/m L^160μg/m L和0.168μg/m L^8.4μg/m L。该方法准确灵敏、稳定可靠,可用于覆盆子的质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tiliroside and kaempferol in rubus chingii hu.The method of HPLC was used to determine the content of tiliroside and kaempferol in rubus chingii hu.The method was established on SHISEIDO C18 column( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with the mixture of methanol- 0.1 %H3PO4water( 52 ∶ 48) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 m L/min, and the column temperature at 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was set at 366 nm. This method had a good separation performance for tiliroside and kaempferol in rubus chingii hu, and the linear range were 3.2 μg/m L-160 μg/m L and 0.168 μg/m L-8.4 μg/m L,respectively. This method is accurate, sensitive, stable and reliable, can be used in the quality control of raspberry.
