胶体金技术是一种新型的免疫标记技术,在食品安全检测领域得到广泛应用和快速发展。简述胶体金免疫层析技术在瘦肉精、蛋白精、非食用色素、抗生素等食品违禁成分领域的研究和应用,并对该技术的发展前景作了展望。
Colloidal gold technique is a new kind of immune markers.It has widely used for the field of food safety testing and rapid development.This paper briefly described the colloidal gold immune chromatography technology in lean meat powder,protein powder,edible pigment,antibiotics and other banned substances in the field of research and application of food,and pointed out its application prospect.
