摘要
目的评价高龄嵌顿性腹股沟疝腹膜前间隙补片修补术的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2005年1月—2014年12月58例高龄嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果 58例患者中,对照组28例实施了嵌顿疝松解术,补片组30例实施了嵌顿疝松解术合并腹膜前间隙补片修补术。补片组术后死亡1例,切口脂肪液化1例,阴囊积液1例,未见补片感染。对照组复发9例,切口脂肪液化2例,阴囊积液1例。结论对于高龄嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者,腹膜前间隙补片修补术是一种较为安全有效的治疗方法 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of preperitoneal repair with patch in the elderly with incarcerated inguinal hernias. Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of elderly with incarcerated inguinal hernias from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 58 cases, 28 cases （control group） performed operations for loosing incarceration only, 30 cases （patch group） performed operations for loosing incarceration and preperitoneal repair with patch. In patch group, one case of death, one case of incisional fat liquefaction, one case of scrotal effusion, and none of patch infection and recurrence. In control group, two cases of incisional fat liquefaction, nine cases of recurrence, one case of scrotal effusion. Conclusion Preperitoneal repair with patch is safe and effective for the elderly with incarcerated inguinal hernias.
