基于USDFLD二次开发的复合材料层压板损伤分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了对复合材料层压板损伤扩展进行分析研究,基于大型商用有限元软件ABAQUS及二次开发模块USDFLD,采用Hashin准则和最大应力准则,对复合材料层压板损伤扩展进行数值仿真.通过比较仿真结果和已有的实验结果,发现基于二次开发的复合材料层压板模型能够较好地模拟材料的损伤扩展过程.在验证仿真结果有效性的基础上,进一步综合分析了铺层顺序和铺层角度对层压板损伤扩展的影响.结果表明:复合材料层压板损伤扩展的方向与铺层角度和铺层顺序密切相关,铺层角度对层压板的拉压性能有较大影响;但是铺层顺序和铺层角度对单元发生损伤的时间几乎没有影响. In order to analyze the damage propagation of composite laminates,the damage propagation of composite laminates is simulated,based on the large commercial finite element software ABAQUS and its two development module USDFLD(user subroutine to redefine field variables)and by using Hashin criterion and maximum stress criterion.By comparing the simulation results and the experimental results,composite laminates based on the USDFLD secondary development can better simulate the damage process of the material.Based on the validation of simulation results,the effect of ply sequence and ply angle on the damage propagation of laminates is analyzed.The results show that the direction of the damage propagation of composite laminates is closely related to the ply sequence and ply angle;the tensile and compressive properties of laminates are greatly influenced by the ply angle;and there is little effect,however,on the time of the damage of the unit in the ply sequence and ply angle.
