双侧后纵隔髓性脂肪瘤并文献复习

Bilateral Myelolipoma of the Posterior Mediastinum and Literature Review

髓性脂肪瘤(myelolipoma)是一种由成熟脂肪细胞和造血组织组成的良性肿瘤,多发生在肾上腺,纵隔髓性脂肪瘤临床较为少见,其缺乏明确临床症状,患者多为进行胸部检查时,发现纵隔占位病变,依靠术后病理明确诊断,多进行肿瘤切除手术,预后较好。本文报道1例双侧后纵隔髓性脂肪瘤患者的治疗经过,并结合文献复习对其病因、组织病理、鉴别诊断及治疗方法等进行讨论和分析,以期提高临床医生对该类疾病的认识。

Myelolipoma is a kind of benign tumor composed of mature adipocytes and hemopoietic elements and is most often found in the adrenal glands. Myelolipoma of the mediastinum rarely happens and has no definite symptoms,and midiastinal masses are usually found in chest examination. The patients normally have favorable prognosis after postoperative pathological diagnosis and tumour- reductive surgery. We reported a case of posterior mediastinal myelolipoma and analyzed the etiology,histopathology,differential diagnosis and therapeutic method,in order to improve clinical doctors＇ understanding of this kind of disease.
