神经电生理监测在腰椎间盘源性疼痛微创手术中的应用前景 被引量:3

摘要 腰椎间盘源性疼痛微创手术已经在国内广泛开展。但是,在腰椎间盘源性疼痛微创手术中如何有效保护神经、避免神经损伤是目前的难题之一。神经电生理监测广泛应用于传统脊柱开放手术中,其可有效避免术中脊神经损伤。本文分析了神经电生理监测在腰椎间盘源性疼痛微创手术中应用的可行性,并分析其在微创手术中避免神经损伤的应用前景。 Minimally invasive surgery for lumbar discogenic pain has a nationwide application in China. However,how to effectively protect nerve and avoid nerve injury during the surgery remains a problem unsolved. Neurophysiological monitoring is extensively applied in traditional open spinal surgery and is able to avoid nerve injury. The article analyzed the feasibility of neurophysiological monitoring in minimally invasive surgery for lumbar discogenic pain and its value in avoiding nerve injury in minimally invasive surgery.
