经济新常态下大学生就业问题探析

Study on the Undergraduate Employment Problem under the New Normal

新常态下,我国经济进入中高速增长、结构优化、创新驱动、多挑战环境的新形势,新的社会发展态势给大学生就业提供新的环境因素,带来新的挑战和机遇。新时期大学生就业面临着总量、结构、供需和心理四大矛盾,以此为出发,剖析大学生就业难的症结所在,同时指出新形势为大学就业带来的机遇,从而,立足矛盾,结合优势,为新常态下大学就业工作探索有效路径。

Under the new normal ,Chinese economy appears some new trends, including the slowdown in economic growth, structure optimization, innovation-driven and an environment that have multiple risk. The new social development situation brings new challenges and opportunities for undergraduate employment. In this essay, based on the four conflicts Of undergraduate employment in the new time, we analyze the cause of difficult employment, at the same time; we also indicate the opportunity in this period. Then, we integrate the advantages and disadvantages; strive to explore some effective ways to solve the problems of difficulty employment.
