摘要
应用石蜡切片法观察了12种山西野生黄芩根、茎、叶的显微结构,测量了茎皮层厚度、木质部、韧皮部、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度和主脉直径等指标,并应用统计学方法对所测数据进行了分析。结果表明,山西不同产地野生黄芩根的木栓层细胞近长方形,排列较整齐、致密;皮层和韧皮部分界不明显,韧皮部所占比例约为横切面的1/2,韧皮射线不明显;木质部发达,木射线明显;石细胞分布不均匀。茎有四棱形和近圆形2种形态;茎皮层厚度、韧皮部厚度、木质部厚度均存在差异,其中以产自中阳的黄芩茎皮层最厚,朔州市朔城区大莲花村黄芩茎韧皮部厚度最大,运城垣曲的黄芩茎木质部厚度最大。叶片厚度和海绵组织厚度差异明显。
Application of paraffin section technique to observe the microscopic structure of roots, stems and leaves of 12 kinds wild Scutellaria baicalensis from Shanxi, the paper measures the thickness of the cortex, xylem and phloem, leaf thickness, thickness of palisade tissue and sponge tissue, the main vein diameter and other indicators, then analyzes the test data with statistical methods. The results show that cork cells of roots are nearly rectangel and their arrangement are orderly and compact. The boundary of cortex and phloem is not obvious. The proportion of the phloem is about 1/2 of the cross section, phloem ray is not obvious. Xylem is well advanced,wood ray is obvious. The stone cells are not evenly distributed. There are 2 forms of the stem(four prism and nearly cicular). The thickness of cortex, phloem and xylem are different in 12 kinds wild Scutellaria baicalensis. Among them, the stem cortex of Scutellaria baicalensis from Zhongyang is the most thick, the stem phloem thickness of Scutellaria baicalensis from Dalianhua village of Shuozhou city is the largest, and the stem xylem thickness of Scutellaria baicalensis from Yuanqu county of Yuncheng city is the largest. The thickness of leaves and spongy tissue of Scutellaria baicalensis from different habitats are significantly different.
