新环保法背景下的农村土壤污染防治

随着人类社会的发展,土壤污染不断加剧,已对我国农业生产造成损害,影响着我国农业的健康发展。为此,需要加强对农村土壤污染防治的研究。2014年4月24日通过了《环保法修订案》,新环保法增加了许多新规定,并且对旧规定也有了新的发展。新环保法为我国农村土壤污染防治工作指明了方向。

With the continuous development of human society, soil pollution is increasingly serious, which causes damage to China＇s agricultural production, affects the healthy development of China＇s agriculture. Therefore, we need to strengthen research on soil pollution prevention and control in rural areas. April 24, 2014, ＂Environmental Law Amendment＂ was adopted, the new law increased the number of new environmental regulations, and the old regulations also had a new development. The introduction of new environmental protection laws indicates a new way forward for the prevention of soil pollution in rural areas.
