基于博弈论的农村土地流转研究——以豫北A市为例

Research on Rural Land Circulation Based on Competition Theory——A Case Study on a City in Northern Henan

"三农"问题一直以来备受关注,解决三农问题的根本在于完善农村土地流转制度,以求进一步解放农村生产力、提高农民生活水平、促进我国农业现代化建设的发展。通过对农地流转意愿博弈、流转成交前农户与企业的博弈以及基于声誉模型的农户与企业的博弈分析,发现博弈的结果是农户甚至社会利益受损。并提出完善农村土地流转机制的对策建议,以期为解决豫北A市的"三农"问题提供参考。

＂Three Rural Issues＂ continued to be highly concerned. To resolve the problems of the rural land circulation right played an important part in the solution of ＂Three Rural Issues＂, which could further liberate the productive forces, improve the living standards of farmers, and promote the construction of agricultural modernization in China. This paper analyzed the wishes on the competition, the competition between farmers and enterprises before circulation of rural land transfer, the competition between farmers and enterprises based on reputation model, then put forward the measures to improve the transfer mechanism, in order to offer help to solve the ＂Three Rural Issues＂ in a city in northern Henan.
