生态文明视角下乡镇土地利用分区研究——以泾县蔡村镇为例

Study on Township Land Use Zoning under the View of Ecological Civilization——A Case of Caicun Town in Jingxian County

十八大报告提出了"优化国土空间开发格局,全面促进资源节约,加强生态文明制度建设"的政策要求。乡镇土地利用分区是促进土地集约利用和加强生态文明建设的重要措施。从乡镇土地分区利用的意义和类型出发,以泾县蔡村镇为例,分析了其土地利用分区的特点,并探讨了存在的问题;最后对生态文明视角下乡镇土地利用分区提出建议,以促进乡镇土地利用分区绿色化发展。

The eighteen major report puts forward the ＂optimization of land and space development pattern, the comprehensive promotion of resource conservation, strengthening the construction of ecological civilization system＂ policy requirements. Township land use zoning is an important measure to promote the intensive of land use and the construction of ecological civilization. Based on the the significance and the types of township land use zoning, taking Caicun town in Jingxian county as a case, this paper analyzes the characteristics of land use in Caicun town of Jingxian county, discusses the problems, and finally puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of rural land zoning in the view of ecological civilization.
