高职院校校企合作“订单式”人才培养存在的问题及成因分析

Analysis on the Existing Problems and the Cause of Formation in“Order-orientated”Cultivation of Talents of School-Enterprise Cooperation for Higher Vocational Colleges

"订单式"人才培养模式已经成为一种重要的校企合作教育模式,是高职院校人才培养与企业人才需求对接的有效途径。"订单式"人才培养模式有很多优势,但是,这种模式在实行过程中存在着很多问题,经常达不到理想的效果。文章对"订单式"人才培养存在的问题及形成原因进行分析。

The mode of＂Order-orientated＂cultivation of talents has become an important education mode for school-enterprise cooperation and an effective way for talents cultivation of higher vocational education to gear to talents demand of enterprises.In spite of so many advantages,there are many problems existing in this model of＂Order-orientated＂cultivation of talents during the implementation process,often failing to achieve the ideal effect.This paper has analyzed the problems and the causes of formation existing in＂Order-orientated＂cultivation of talents.
