摘要
将运动卫生理论渗透到健美操课堂教学的各个环节,根据学生的性别特点、健康特点区别对待,用循序渐进、劳逸结合等方式科学安排健美操课堂练习强度和时间。该方法能有效改善学生的运动疲劳、运动损伤的发生,提高健美操课程的教学效果。
This paper penetrate the theory of sports hygiene into every link of the aerobics class teaching.Students should be treated differently according to the characteristics of students' personalities and their health.The intensity and time of aerobics' class exercise should be arranged scientifically by alternating work with rest step by step.The method can effectively remit the students' sports fatigue and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries,improving the teaching effect of aerobics course.
