重睑成形术后臃肿的防治

Prevention and treatment of the tumescence after construction of double eyelid

目的探讨睑板前眼轮匝肌及脂肪筋膜组织切除对防治重睑成形术后臃肿的作用。方法在传统切开法重睑成形术的基础上，去除全部睑板前脂肪筋膜组织及大部分眼轮匝肌，仅保留睑缘部分1mm左右的眼轮匝肌。结果对105例单睑患者，采用该方法行重睑成形术，并与既往行传统切开法重睑成形术的患者相比较；术后随访6～24个月，重睑切口线下方组织无明显臃肿，无皮肤坏死、眼睑闭合不全及睫毛脱失，重睑效果满意、持久。结论重睑成形术中去除全部睑板前脂肪筋膜组织及眼轮匝肌，可预防重睑成形术后重睑切口线下方组织的臃肿，效果确切。

Objective To observe the effect of removing orbicularis oculi and fat fascia tissue in the front of the tarsus on preventing tumescence after construction of double eyelid. Methods Based on the tradi- tional double eyelid operation by incision method, the modified double eyelid operation was performed on 105 pa- tients with foldless eyelid by removing all of the orbicularis oculi and fat fascia tissue in the front of the tarsus. The tissue was removed with about 1 mm orbicularis oculi reservation above eyelid margin. Results Compared with the traditional method, all were satisfied without obvious tumescence of the tissue under incision, skin necro- sis, hypophasis and eyelash loss after 6 months to 2 years follow-up. The effect of the double eyelid was lasting. Conclusion The removal of the orbicularis oculi and fat fascia tissue in the front of the tarsus in the modified double eyelid operation can effectively prevent tumescence in the tissue under incision.
