摘要
针对有两处侧向结构的塑料制品,以简化抽芯机构为目标,通过优化分型面,将一处侧孔的外侧抽芯转化为内侧抽芯,并设计了斜顶杆机构,简化了抽芯机构;对另一处侧孔,利用模具浇注系统分型面的打开驱动定模斜导柱机构侧向运动,减少了一个分型面。实践验证,该模具结构简单、制品合格,侧向抽芯机构工作稳定可靠。
For the plastic products of the two lateral structure, in order to simplify the core - pulling mechanism as the goal, through optimizing the parting surface, will transform a side hole lateral core pulling into the inside core -pulling, and designs a inclined push rod mechanism, simplifies the core -pulling mecha- nism ; on another side of the hole, using open mould gating system parting surface to drive lateral move- ment and oblique guide pillar mechanism, reduce a parting surface. Practice verifies the mold structure is simple, products are qualified, side core -pulling mechanism works stable and reliable.
