摘要
对于传递动力、特别是传递较大动力的行星轮系,进行效率计算是十分必要的。针对应用最多的2K-H型行星轮系,运用啮合功率法,推导出行星轮系效率计算的简化公式。利用所推公式,不必判断转化轮系中啮合功率的流向,只要求出转化轮系的效率和传动比就可以计算出行星轮系的效率。同时,绘出行星轮系效率与转化轮系传动比关系曲线图并进行详细的分析,为行星轮系的设计与选用提供了理论指导。
It is very necessary to calculate efficiency for planetary gear trains (PGTs)transferring power especially larger power. The simplified formula of 2K - H PGTs is deduced by meshing power method. By the for- mula, according to the efficiency and transmission ratio in the transformation gear trains, the efficiency of PGTs can be easily gained without the judgment of meshing power flow. And relation curves between the efficiency and the transmission ratio are drawn and explained in detail, which sets up a firm founda- tion for design and selection of PGTs.
