摘要 针对硬脆材料陶瓷插芯微孔的加工特点与要求,分析了其加工难点与关键技术,据此设计了陶瓷插芯微孔加工设备的机械结构,并对此结构系统进行了阐述;根据实际生产中的若干技术难点如钢丝张紧度调节、钢丝断裂等问题进行了技术改进。应用改进后的设备投入陶瓷插芯微孔的加工并进行了生产试验,根据一个月的生产情况统计结果,该结构系统运行稳定,很好地满足了零件的生产要求,同时大大提高了生产效率,产品性能满足了市场的需求,达到了设计的目的。 According to the requirements of the ceramic ferrule micropore making process, the difficulty points and key technology were analysed. And then the mechanical structure of ceramic ferrule micropore making machine was designed. The mechanical structure design of the ceramic ferrule micropore making ma- chine was expounded. According to the difficulty points in the production, for example, the adjustment of the steel wire, the breakage of the steel wire, the design of the ceramic ferrule micropore making ma- chine was improved. In the production experiment, according to the the data for one month' s operation- al report, the structure of the system operates steadily. The ceramic ferrule micropore making machine did not just meet the requirement, but greatly increased the productivity. The mechanical structure de- sign of the ceramic ferrule micropore making machine met the requirement of the market and the purpose of the design.
