摘要
根据菲迪亚数控系统及伺服驱动器的特点,介绍了电流环、速度环和位置环的作用及相互关系,分析了相关控制环参数对机床性能的影响,总结了利用菲迪亚TMA(test machine application)测试工具进行伺服动态优化的方法。实践证明该方法可以有效地提高机床的动态性能和调试的工作效率。
According to the characteristics of FID/A CNC system and servo drive, the function and relationship of current loop, velocity loop and position loop are introduced and effect of control loop parameters on the performance of the machine tool is analyzed. Summarize the methods for using FIDIA TMA (test ma- chine application) in tuning servo driver. Practice has proved that the method can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the machine tool and the efficiency of the machine debugging.
