强直性脊柱炎髋关节骨性强直行全髋关节置换手术技巧的探讨

Discussion of Surgery Techniques of Total Hip Replacement in Ankylosing Spondylitis Hip Ankylosis

-的：总结并探讨强直性脊柱炎并髋关节骨性强直行全髋关节置换手术技巧。方法：对我科自2009年7月-2014年7月12例强直性脊柱炎髋关节骨性强直行全髋关节置换患者，进行随访及术中技巧回顾性分析。结果：术后髋关节活动度明显改善，屈曲畸形基本矫正。11例获得随访，时间3个月一5年，未出现关节脱位和假体松动。Harris评分由术前6～55（34±9．5）分提高至末次随访时60—96（71．2±11．6）分，优9髋，良3髋，中2髋。结论：熟练掌握强直髋全髋关节置换手术技巧，能显著改善髋关节功能，矫正髋关节畸形，近期疗效满意。

Objective： To summarize and discuss total hip replacement surgery techniques in hip ankylosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： From July 2009 to July 2014,12 eases of ankylosing spondylitis ankylosis hip with total hip replacement patients were followed up and intraoperative techniques were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Postoperative hip mobility was improved significantly, and flexion deformity was corrected. 11 cases were followed up for three months to five years - did not appear dislocation and loosening. Harris hip score improved from preoperative 6 - 55 （ 34 ~ 9.5 ） to the end of the follow - up, 60 - 96 （71.2 ~ 11.6） points, excellent in 9 hips, good in 3 hips, moderate 2 hips. Conclusion ： To master total hip replacement hip surgery techniques of hip ankylosis could significantly improve the function of the hip joint, could correct hip deformity, and the recent results were satisfactory.
