最近热播的央视大型纪录片《北极,北极!》使公众认识到北极航道的价值,同时也目睹了中国首艘穿越北极的货船永盛轮的风采。继两次成功航行北极东北航道后,永盛轮正在开启新的续篇。据最新消息,4月27日下午,中国远洋海运集团北极航行工作小组在中远航运召开了北极航行项目启动会。4月28日,中国远洋海运集团2016年北极航行安全研讨会在广州远洋宾馆举行。

According to the latest news, on April 27, 2016, a kick-off meeting for the Arctic navigation project was held by the China COSCO Shipping Arctic navigation working group. On April 28, China COSCO Shipping Arctic Navigation Safety Seminar 2016 was held in Guangzhou.The seminar, on the basis of summarizing the MV Yongsheng sailing through the Arctic northeast passage for two times successfully, researched the normalized operation of the northeast passage in the Arctic channel, how to ensure the sailing safety, energy conservation andemissions reduction and protect the Arctic, etc.
