对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬在儿童预防接种中的应用

Role of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen in Childhood Immunization

对乙酰氨基酚(扑热息痛)和布洛芬是世界卫生组织推荐的用于儿童的经典解热镇痛药。在预防接种工作中,对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬常用于儿童接种引起的不良反应。然而,关于对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬在接种儿童中的合理使用,国内至今尚无相关报道和定论。本文通过PubMed、Medline、Springer Link、Wiley和SAGE等数据库等进行文献检索,总结了对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬在儿童预防接种工作中的研究和应用情况,并在此基础上提出用药建议。

As classical antipyretic analgesic drugs recommended by World Health Organization for children,both acetaminophen and ibuprofen are usually applied to ease discomfort after childhood immunization.However,there is no relevant investigation or guideline about the rational uses of acetaminophen and ibuprofen following childhood immunization in China.This review summarizes and discusses the role of acetaminophen and ibuprofen following immunization that was identified through searching Pub Med,Medline,Springer,Wiley and SAGE.Medication recommendations for acetaminophen and ibuprofen are proposed.
