安装误差对功率三分支传动均载特性的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Installation Error on the Load Sharing Characteristic of Power Three-branching Transmission

摘要 功率三分支传动系统由功率双分支闭锁轮系和行星轮系组成,为了揭示功率三分支传动系统的载荷分配机理,建立了功率闭环特性下的各齿轮扭转角位移协调条件、力矩平衡条件、弹性支承条件,得到系统的均载系数,分析了安装误差、浮动、扭转刚度对均载系数的影响。结果表明,安装误差是影响均载特性的主要因素,误差越大,均载性能越低;太阳轮和内齿圈同时浮动时,均载系数在0.96-1.04波动,载荷分配在±5%以内,可以较好的改善均载性能。 The power three- branching transmission system is constituted by the power double- branching transmission system and planetary gear train. In order to reveal the load distribution mechanism of power three- branching transmission system,the each gear torsion angle deformation coordination conditions,moment balance condition and elastic support condition under the power flow closed- loop characteristics are established,the load sharing coefficient is obtained. The influence of the installation error,floating and torsional rigidity on the load sharing characteristic is analyzed. The results show that the installation error is the main factor affecting the load characteristics,and the larger the error,the lower the load performance. The load sharing coefficient fluctuates between 1. 04 and 0. 96 when the sun wheel and the inner ring are floating. The load distribution is within 5%,which can improve the performance of the load.
