摘要
从提高弧面分度凸轮的加工精度和加工效率出发,对弧面分度凸轮的非等价加工进行了研究。通过旋转坐标变换,对加工过程中的补偿量和补偿方向进行了推导和计算,建立了非等价加工的实际廓面方程,采用几何的方法推导了非等价加工的实际廓面与设计的理论廓面之间的误差计算方法。并进行了误差的分析,期望实现一种既能提高加工效率、降低加工成本,又能满足加工精度要求的弧面分度凸轮加工方法。
In terms of improving the processing accuracy and efficiency of globoidal indexing cams,the study on non- equivalent machining is carried out. The non- equivalent processing actual contour surface equation is established by rotating coordinate transformation to deduce and calculate the compensation amount and the compensation direction during the producing progress. Besides,the error is analyzed to through which one processing method would be put into practice to both improve processing efficiency meanwhile reduce processing costs and meet the processing accuracy requirement of globoidal indexing cam.
