当前,随着高铁建设成为国家的"黄金名片",铁路公安机关正面临着高铁时代反恐防暴、高铁安保、维护稳定、监督管理、执法履责等方面的新形势、新挑战,这对铁路公安队伍的能力素质提出了更高的要求,成为新常态下队伍正规化建设的重要课题。对此,我们必须坚持问题导向,更新施训理念,从铁路公安实际出发,以全面深化公安改革为引领,以《人民警察训练条令》为标准,以改进训练模式为基础,以整合现有资源为手段,全面推进教育训练科技化、机制化、常态化、模块化、一体化建设,努力提升教育训练的针对性、专业性和实战性,为打造过硬的公安队伍、争创一流高铁安保工作提供有力保障。

Now since the high-speed railway has been the ＂golden name-card＂ of China, railway police agencies are facing new challenges and situations of anti-terrorism, violence prevention, high-speed railway security, stability maintenance, supervision, management and law enforcement. It raises higher requirement to the quality of railway police force, which has been an important issue for police development. We must aim at solving problems, renew our training concept, consider the actual railway policing, as well as taking police reform as guidance, The Regulation of People＇s Police Training as standard, training mode improvement as foundation and resource integration as method. And then, we have to promote the education and training to be scientific, systematic, normal and integrated and improve the pertinence, speciality and practicality of training, so as to provide good guarantee for the well development of police force and the first-class security of high-speed railway.
