通痹药包外熥联合独活寄生汤加减内服治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症40例临床研究

Clinical study of Tongbi medicine kits for external Tong combined with internal modified Duhuo-jisheng decoction on the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation

目的观察通痹药包外熥联合独活寄生汤加减内服治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例予通痹药包外熥联合独活寄生汤加减内服治疗,对照组40例予西药常规治疗。2组均7 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息2 d,4个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后及停药后6、9、12个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)情况。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组停药后6、9、12个月VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组3个时段VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同期组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通痹药包外熥联合独活寄生汤加减内服治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,并可明显减轻疼痛症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tongbi medicine kits for external Tong combined with internal modified Duhuo- jisheng decoction on the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 subjects with acute lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. 40 subjects in treatment group were treated by Tongbi medicine kits for external Tong combined with internal modified Duhuo- jisheng decoction. 40 subjects in control group were treated by western routine therapy. The treatment course was 7 d in two groups,and the interval between two courses was 2 d. The curative effect was evaluated after four courses. The visual analogue scale（ VAS） before and 6,9,12 months after drug withdrawal were observed in two groups. Results The score of VAS after treatment in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in treatment group（ 87. 5%） was superior to that in control group（ 77. 5%,P〈0. 05）. There were no statistical differences on VAS among 6,9,12 months after drug withdrawal in two groups（ P〉0. 05）. There were statistical differences on VAS scores among three periods in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and there was statistical difference between two groups at the same period（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tongbi medicine kits for external Tong combined with modified Duhuo-jisheng decoction have exact effect on the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation,can obviously relieve pain.
