摘要
目的探讨G蛋白偶联雌激素受体30(GPR30)及细胞外信号调控激酶1/2(p-ERK1/2)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达、相关性及其在子宫内膜腺癌发病机制中的作用。方法用免疫组化SP法检测22例子宫内膜腺癌(EEC)组织、20例非典型增生子宫内膜(EAH)组织和20例正常子宫内膜组织中GPR30和p-ERK1/2的表达,对标本的染色情况做半定量分析。结果GPR30在EAH组和EEC组中阳性表达率均显著升高(P<0.05),p-ERK1/2在EAH组中阳性表达率升高(P<0.05);GPR30和p-ERK1/2在正常子宫内膜组织中不具有相关性(rs=0.031,P>0.05),在EAH组和EEC组中均呈现正性相关(rs=0.599,0.559,P<0.05)。结论 GPR30可能通过p-ERK1/2信号通路发挥其在子宫内膜腺癌中的调控作用。
Objective To explore the expressions and correlation of G protein coupled estrogen receptor 30( GPR30) and extracellular signal regulated kinase 1 /2( p- ERK1 /2) in endometrial adenocarcinoma and their roles in mechanism of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods The expressions of GPR30 and p-ERK1 /2 in 22 cases with endometrial adenocarcinoma,20 cases with atypical hyperplasia endometrium,and 20 cases with normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method,the staining of specimens was analyzed by semi-quantitative analysis. Results The positive expression rates of GPR30 in atypical hyperplasia endometrium group and endometrial adenocarcinoma group increased significantly( P 0. 05); the positive expression rate of p- ERK1 /2 in atypical hyperplasia endometrium group increased significantly( P〈0. 05); there was no correlation between GPR30 and p-ERK1 /2 in normal endometrium( rs= 0. 031,P〈0. 05); there was a positive correlation between GPR30 and p-ERK1 /2 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and atypical hyperplasia endometrium( rs= 0. 599,0. 559,P〈0. 05). Conclusion GPR30 may regulate endometrial adenocarcinoma by p-ERK1 /2 signal pathway.
