Ⅰ型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中syndecan-2和E-cadherin的表达及意义

Expressions and significance of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin in type Ⅰ endometrioid adenocarcinoma

目的探讨syndecan-2和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择临床确诊的60例I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织作为研究组,选取同期60例正常子宫内膜组织为对照组,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测两组syndecan-2和E-cadherin的表达,并分析其与研究组临床病理参数的关系。结果研究组syndecan-2和E-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为28.33%和45.00%,低于对照组的100.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中syndecan-2的阳性表达与国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),E-cadherin的阳性表达与组织学分级、FIGO分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05),且syndecan-2表达与E-cadherin表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.719,P<0.05)。结论 syndecan-2和E-cadherin在I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中异常表达,两者相互作用,影响I型子宫内膜样腺癌的发生及发展。

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin in type Ⅰ endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods Sixty definitely diagnosed type Ⅰ endometrioid adenocarcinoma specimens were seected as research group,sixty normal endometrium specimens were seected as control group during the same period. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of syndecan- 2 and E- cadherin,their relationships with clinicopathological parameters in research group were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin in research group were 28. 33% and 45. 00%,respectively,which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（ 100. 00%）（ P 0. 05）. In type Ⅰ endometrioid adenocarcinoma specimens,positive expression of syndecan-2 was positively correlated with FIGO staging,depth of myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis（ P〈0. 05）; positive expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with histological grading,FIGO staging,depth of myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis（ P〉0. 05）; syndecan- 2 expression was negatively correlated with E- cadherin expression（ r =- 0. 719,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of syndecan-2 and E-cadherin are abnormal in type Ⅰ endometrioid adenocarcinoma,they interact with each other to affect occurrence and development of type Ⅰ endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
