多层螺旋CT在肋软骨骨折临床诊断的价值分析

胸部外伤时,特别是当外力作用于前胸壁后,肋软骨及肋弓十分容易骨折。肋软骨由于其成分在x线平片及常规CT上难以显示。多层螺旋CT有着众多优点,如覆盖范围大、可提供多层扫描数据的信息、密度分辨率高、图像后处理功能强大,采用容积扫描,不仅图像获得信息完整,而且速度快,并且可运用原始扫描数据进行三维重建来获得不同层次清晰图像。所以,多层螺旋CT在对肋软骨骨折的临床诊断中有着宝贵的价值,并且还对外伤后引起的胸部多种复合伤的显示有较好的效果,为·临床胸部创伤的综合诊断和治疗亦提供了宝贵依据,值得我们大力推广,

The chest trauma,especially when the external force ACTS on the chest wall before,after and rib arch rib cartilage is very easy to fracture.Costal cartilage in X-ray plain film and conventional CT on display.Multislice computed tomography（CT]has many advantages,such as large range,can provide multiple scan data information,high density resolution,image post-processing powerful,using volume scanning,image not only obtain complete information,and speed,and can use the original scan data for 3 d reconstruction to obtain clear images in different levels.So,MDCT in the clinical diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture is of great value,and also external chest caused by multiple compound injury after injury showed good effect,for clinical comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of chest trauma provides basis,is worth promoting.
