医护药责任一体化管理对口服乙型肝炎抗病毒药物患者依从性的影响

The effect of the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode on the compliance of patients treated with hepatitis B. antiviral drug by oral

目的：了解医护药责任一体化管理模式对口服乙型肝炎（乙肝）抗病毒药物患者依从性的影响。方法：选择年龄25～55岁的慢性乙肝住院患者200例,根据服药依从性评分,将其中服药依从性差的125例,随机分为干预组63例和对照组62例。对照组予以常规护理措施。干预组除进行医院常规管理外,实施医护药责任一体化管理,对患者进行心理指导、健康教育等护理措施,定期随访。结果：干预组患者对口服乙肝抗病毒药物的依从性明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：医护药责任一体化管理可提高乙肝病毒感染患者的依从性水平,从而提高其抗病毒治疗的效果。

Objective： To investigate the effects of the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode on the compliance of patients treated with hepatitis B. antiviral drug by oral. Methods： One hundred and twenty-five patients with poor medication compliance were screened from 200 chronic hepatitis B patients with 25 to 55 years old,and randomly divided into the intervention group（ 63 cases） and control group（ 62 cases）. The intervention group were nursed with the doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode（ including psychology guidance and health education）,the control group were nursed with general nursing measures. Results： The compliance of hepatitis B. antiviral drug by oral in intervention group was obviously better than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The doctor-nurse-pharmacist integration mode can improve the cognitive level of compliance,antiviral treatment compliance and effects of antiviral therapy in hepatitis B patients.
