共享发展的思维方式、目标与实践路径

Study on the Thinking Mode,Goal and Practical Path of Shared Development

中国特色社会主义共享发展理念研究是对马克思主义发展观的继承和发展,对中国特色社会主义建设实践具有重要的指引意义。梳理共享发展的思维方式及其范式转换,论证以共享发展理念处理发展与人民福祉关系的必要性和可行性,可以为共享发展寻求规范性基础的前提。中国特色社会主义共享发展是为了解决发展方式转变中的问题,提高社会主义实力,进而实现人的自由全面发展。可以从三个方面探索共享发展的实践路径:一是初次分配效率与公平相协调,实现平衡的共享发展;二是共建共享生态文明,实现可持续的共享发展;三是发展责任共担、发展机会和利益共享,实现包容性的共享发展。

Shared development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and development of Marx＇s theory of development. It effects the practice in the current Chinese society.It is the normative foundation for sharing development to generalize the thinking mode and its change,and to prove the necessity and feasibility in dealing with the relationship between development and people＇s welfare. The goal of shared development is to solve the problems in the development mode transformation,to improve the socialist strength,and to achieve the human＇s free and comprehensive development. Therefore,we plan to explore the practice path of shared development from three aspects： firstly,coordinating between efficiency and fairness in the initial distribution to achieve the balanced shared development; secondly,promoting ecological civilization construction together to achieve the sustainable shared development; thirdly,sharing the responsibility,development opportunities and benefits to achieve inclusive shared development.
