摘要
福建省水稻制种保险从2010年开始进行试点至今已有5年时间,回顾福建省实施制种保险的实践,分析存在的问题,提出进一步完善杂交稻制种保险工作方案的思路。
Rice seed production insurance has been in trial in Fujian Province for five years. In this paper,practice of insurance on rice seed production was reviewed,some existing problems were analyzed and some thoughts on further perfecting insurance scheme for hybrid rice seed production were proposed.
