血清内皮细胞微粒与冠状动脉病变的关系 被引量:3

The relationship between endothelial microparticles and the severity of coronary artery disease

摘要 目的:探讨血清内皮细胞微粒(EMPs)与冠心病患者冠状动脉(冠脉)病变的关系。方法:选取我院住院初次接受冠脉造影患者219例,结合冠脉造影结果将患者分为非冠心病组(61例)与冠心病组(158例);进一步将冠心病组根据SYNTAX积分分为低分组(≤22分,93例)和高分组(>22分,65例)。采用流式细胞术检测血清EMPs水平,并与SYNTAX积分进行相关性分析。结果:与非冠心病组比较,冠心病组血清EMPs明显增高(P<0.001)。与SYNTAX积分低分组比较,高分组血清EMPs明显增高(P<0.001)。相关性分析显示,血清EMPs与SYNTAX积分呈明显正相关性(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者血清EMPs与冠心病冠脉病变程度密切相关。 Objective:To study the relationship between endothelial microparticles(EMPs)and the severity of coronary artery disease.Method:Two hundred and nineteen hospitalized patients undergoing coronary angiography were recruited.Based on the results of coronary angiography,the patients were divided into normal coronary arteriography group(n=61)and coronary heart disease group(n=158).Patients with defined coronary artery disease were further divided into low score group(n=93)and higher score group(n=65)according to the SYNTAX score.The EMPs were detected by flow cytometry and the correlation analysis between EMPs and SYNTAX score was performed.Result:Compared with the normal coronary arteriography group,EMPs in coronary heart disease group was significantly increased(P〈0.001).The EMPs in patients with higher SYNTAX score was significantly higher than that in patients with lower SYNTAX score(P〈0.001).The results of correlation analysis showed that EMPs were positively correlated with SYNTAX score(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The EMPs is closely related with the severity of coronary artery disease.
