摘要
近年来随着光伏产业迅速发展,光伏监控系统愈发受到重视。针对光伏电场设备众多、布局分散、采用串行总线的通信特点,介绍了一种基于虚拟串口的光伏监控集中式通信方案。提出采用串口服务器为智能设备在以太网上建立虚拟串口通道,通过集中式通信前置机直接与设备交互,从而取消分布式通信前置机,达到节约投资、提高调试效率的目的。文中提出了虚拟串口的映射方法,并对大量虚拟串口共存情况下的系统通信效率和网络负载进行了分析。通过设计的产品原型在一个20 MW光伏电站中验证了其可行性。
With the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry in recent years,the supervisory and control system in the photovoltaic power station is getting more and more attention.In view of its characteristics of numerous photovoltaic equipments,scattered distribution and use of serial communication,a centralized communication scheme based on virtual serial port is proposed.To save investment and improve maintenance efficiency,the serial server is used to establish the virtual serial port on the Ethernet.The centralized front directly communicates with the devices cancelling the distributed fronts.A mapping method of virtual serial port is put forward,with the communication efficiency and network load analyzed in the case of coexistence of a large number of virtual serial ports.The feasibility of the scheme is finally verified through a designed prototype in a 20 MW photovoltaic power station.
