摘要
文章着重从股权激励角度对高管激励问题进行研究,主要介绍当下高管激励的发展状况,阐述高管激励的内容,从内部控制和外部环境两方面点明高管激励中存在的问题,并就这些问题给出相关建议。
The issue of executive incentive is studied from the angle of stock ownership incentive. Current situation of executive incentive system is introduced concerning the content and problems caused by interior control and exterior control. Suggestions are proposed accordingly.
