蔺道人《仙授理伤续断秘方》中所载10首外用方(外用药63味)和36首内服方(内服药107味),分析其用药特点,可归纳为:在骨伤科疾病的治疗中应重视损伤早期清创及后续治疗中的局部用药;外用处方中多选用味辛,性温,归肺、肝、胃经,功效为祛风,散寒,定痛,止血的中药。注意内治外治并重。不同治疗阶段,应酌情选用不同内服方剂剂型,如急性期可选用汤剂或散剂,后期调理阶段可选用丸剂;内服处方中,多选用味辛、苦,性温,归肝、脾、心、肾经,功效为活血止痛,祛风除湿,消肿排脓的中药,其中活血化瘀药的应用尤为重要。

By analyzing 10 externally applied prescriptions （ including 63 drugs） and 36 internally applied prescriptions （ including 107 drugs） recorded in Secret Formulary Bestowed by Immortals for Treating Injuries and Mending Fractures, this article summari- zes their drug-use characteristics as follows：In terms of diseases in the department of traumatology, early injury should focus on debridement, and follow-up health care should focus on local medication. In terms of externally applied prescriptions, Chinese herbs with pungent flavor, warm nature, attribution to the lung, liver and stomach meridians, efficiency of removing wind and cold, calming pain and stopping bleeding should be chosen. Internal and external treatment should be paid attention to together. In dif- ferent treatment stages, different dosage forms should be properly used, for example, decoction or powder should be used in acute stage, pill form should be used in later regulating stage. In terms of externally applied prescriptions, Chinese herbs with pungent and cold flavor, warm nature, attribution to the liver, spleen, heart and kidney meridians, and efficiency of activating blood circula- tion to stop pain, removing wind to eliminate dampness, reliving swelling and abscess, especially drugs for activating blood circula- tion to remove stasis should be chosen.
