局灶节段性肾小球硬化之微观辨证

In the practice of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease,＂ microcosmic dif- ferentiation＂ has been introduced and a number of clinical and basic research has been undertaken. Pathological diagnosis provid- ed by experimental examination and renal biopsy of modern medicine has extremely enriched and extended the basis for TCM syn- drome. Microcosmic syndrome differentiation under the guidance of the concept of the wholsim has been accepted by many doctors. Microcosmic syndrome differentiation of FSGS designs treating principle according to the patients＇ exacl features to control main patholo~ faetors of disease progress, provide the best program for refractory kidney disease, recoglize the nature and the pa- thology base of TCM kidney disease syndrome from more levels and more angles,explore the generality and common change rules of kidney disease, which has improved objectivity and seientific feature of curative effect evaluation of Chinese medicinal herbs in treating chronic kidney disease to some degree.
