中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎42例

Forty-Two Cases of Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Comprehensive TCM Therapy

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年10月—2014年10月本院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组给予中医综合疗法,包括中药内服、中药灌肠机针灸疗法,观察两组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间、肠道功能恢复正常时间及治疗总时间。结果:治疗组有效率为90.5%,对照组有效率为71.4%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组症状消失时间、肠道功能恢复正常时间及治疗总时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著,能有效缓解症状,改善肠道黏膜损伤。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive TCM therapy on ulcerative colitis. Methods ： Eighty- four patients with ulcerative colitis who were treated in our hospital between Oct. of 2011 and Oct. of 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 42 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine West- ern medicine treatment ,while the ones in tile treatment group were given comprehensive TCM therapy, including TCM decoction fi）r oral administratiou,TCM for eczema and acupuncture therapy. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects,the symptomatic disappearing time,and intestinal function recovery time and the total treatment time were observed. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.5% , while that of the control group was 71.4% ;And the difference between them had statistical sig- nificance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The symptomatic disappearing lime, and intestinal function recovery time and the total treatment time of the treatment group were obviously shorter than those of tile control group ; And all the differences between them had statistical signifi- cance（P 〈0.05 ）. Ccmelusion： Comprehensive TCM therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ulcerative colitis, can greatly relieve the symptoms and improve intestinal mucous membrane injury.
