穴位贴敷治疗脾肾两虚型妊娠剧吐30例

Thirty Cases of Hyperemesis Gravidarum due to Syndrome of Deficiency of Both Spleen and Kidney Treated with Point Application Theropy

目的：观察穴位贴敷治疗脾肾两虚型妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法：将60例脾肾两虚型剧吐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组给予穴位贴敷贴敷神阙穴治疗,对照组给予维生素C、维生素B6、复方氨基酸液等静脉补液以纠正酸碱平衡紊乱。观察两组患者的临床疗效及主要症状改善情况。结果：治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为76.7%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后主要症状改善情况优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷治疗脾肾两虚型剧吐疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative efibct of point application theropy on hyperemesis gravidarum due to syn- drome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney. Methods ： Sixty patients with hyperemesis gravidarum due to syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given point application theropy on Shenque （ CV 8 ） for external application, while the ones in the control group were given vitamin C, vitamin B6, compound amino acid liquid as intravenous fluids to correct acid-base balance disturbance. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% , while that of the control group was 76.7% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： point application theropy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on hyperemcsis gravidarum due to syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney.
