传统腧穴定位训练模式容易使学生们产生厌倦情绪,训练往往流于形式;逐经点穴的训练模式,仅仅练习了穴位的具体定位,对理论课中腧穴的其他内容,如腧穴的功用,特定穴类属却无法涵盖,内容较为单薄;另外这种点穴方式仅重视了腧穴间的纵向联系,而缺乏腧穴间横向的比较与总结,不利于学生对腧穴的深入了解。功用与定位相结合的腧穴定位训练模式将常用腧穴大概分为以下几类:调理五脏类腧穴,调理六腑类腧穴,祛风穴,清热穴,祛湿化痰穴,理血穴,开窍醒神穴,回阳固脱穴,保健穴,调神穴,明眼目穴,聪耳窍穴,通鼻窍穴,利咽喉穴。功用与定位相结合的腧穴定位训练模式的优势:将腧穴进行系统分类,是对腧穴理论的一次横向总结;同类腧穴间可以再比较其异同,以加深学生对腧穴功用的认识深度;各类腧穴间多有重复,可反复点穴加深印象;为《针灸治疗学》的学习奠定基础。

Traditional points location training model easily makes students tired and training become a mere formality. Points pressing training model with connection of function and location usually divides the commonly-used points into the following categories：points for regulating the five zang organs;points for regulating the six fu organs;points for expelling wind;points for clearing away heat; points for removing dampness and resolving phlegm;points for regulating blood circulation;points for resuscitation;points for revi- ving yang and strengthening collapse ; points for keeping healthy ; points for regulating mentality ; points for improving eyesight ; points for improving sense of hearing; points for unblocking nose orifices;points for removing sore throat. Its advantages are as fol- lows ： It divides points into systematic classification and gives a horizontal summary of points theory. Similarities and differences of points of the same type can be compared,which can make the students increase depth of understanding of points＇ function. The repetition between various types of points can make the students deepen impression on points,which lays a solid foundation for fu- ture study of Of Meridians and Acupoints.
