联合检测Hcy hs-CRP在冠心病合并急性脑梗死患者中的预测作用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨Hcy、hs-CRP联合检测在冠心病和急性脑梗死患者中的预测价值;方法:选择冠心病患者共142例为研究对象,其中合并急性脑梗死的患者共31例(冠心病+脑梗死组),不合并者共111例(冠心病组)。另纳入65例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和93例健康体检者(健康对照组),探讨各组血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平的变化及其预测价值。结果:冠心病+脑梗死组患者血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平显著高于冠心病组、脑梗死组和健康对照组。两组联合检测所测得阳性率均能明显提高,显著高于单独Hcy检测。其中两者联合检测在冠心病+脑梗死组检测的阳性率最高,高于冠心病组和脑梗死组。结论:联合检测Hcy、hs-CRP在冠心病合并急性脑梗死患者中的预测价值,值得临床应用。 Objective:To study the predictive effect of combined detection of Hey and hs-CRP in coronary heart disease(CHD) patient with(ACI).Methods:A total 142 cases of CHD patients were collected for the study,in which 31 patients with acute cerebral infarction(coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction group) and a total of 111 cases were not consolidated(CHD group).65 cases of cerebral infarction(cerebral infarction group) was also included and 93 healthy subjects(healthy controls) was collected for the study.The serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP and its change in predictive value were explored.Results:Serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction were significantly higher than the CHD group,cerebral infarction group and the healthy control group.Positive rates in two combined detection groups increased significantly,which was significantly higher than detection alone.The combined detection in coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction group had the highest positive rate,which was higher than CHD and cerebral infarction group.Conlcusion:Combined detection of Hcy,hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction merged the coronary heart disease had a predictive value,which is worthy of clinical application
